Amazing Decor and Design Ideas
Quite a handsome lineup, I must say. And I also must say a HUGE thank you to all of you. As an artist, I think it’s important (in fact, imperative) to experiment and evolve, to try out new materials and subjects. This is how we grow. This is how we develop our voice over our careers. I fully understand that some work might not suit some preferences, but I have felt so completely heartened in my journey by the support from all of you.

In just under an hour, the geese will go live (under the Mixed Media header) and they are a step in the direction I’m in love with. The combination of blockprinting with other textures and detailed visual interest. It feels very much like creating unique pieces of wonder, with layers that draw you in.

So, thank you – THANK YOU – for letting me stretch my artistic legs, for letting me pick up new tools, and still coming along for this wild ride.

And, for any other artists out there considering trying something new, I hope you don’t hold yourself back because it might not perfectly align with your current body of work. I guarantee, if it strikes you and you enjoy it, over the grand landscape of your career, it’ll fit in just fine.
