What the heck just happened with the weather ?♀️ my foxgloves have take a battering, the tomatoes are barely holding it together, the courgettes look windswept and I’m pretty sure my sunflowers have just given up! That’s definitely Irish weather for you, glorious one day and awful the next, I should know better than to expect anything different! I had planned a delicious summer roast chicken dish courtesy of @annasfamilykitchen but it’s not that kinda night so going for a good old reliable fry up instead. Will do the chicken the next sunny al fresco evening! Quite looking forward to a cozy night in, its Monty night of course!! Happy Friday ?
