Inspiring Decor and Design Ideas
Hello IG ? Little decorative story on Wednesday on the theme of color today (who is a fan of color does that surprise you?) And this view of a British lounge by @farrowandball to illustrate my point.

Beyond this association of blues (stone blue and ten blue) which responds to the offblack shade of the library, it is the application of color to the ceiling that I find really interesting to exploit. I tend to offer it to my cautious customers (whom I always manage to warm up, uh reassure no mistake) most often in small rooms like toilets, bathrooms but also for passage and transition spaces, hall 'entrance and corridors. Besides, we often retain strong colors for these pieces (illustration in story still visible and then I try to think of leaving them in permanent story ?). .
This color on the ceiling therefore: we can just as well consider it as here in a living room, a tone below or above that applied to the wall for example according to the choice of departure … obviously on a large room without large height under ceiling, it will be necessary to assume the very cocoon and confidential effect and why not? If I can affirm one thing it is that there is no rule in decoration, just as we can multiply the colors if we feel it (perfect illustration with the projects of @gcgarchitectes), we can paint the ceiling of a room without great light or height … And if we want to go further in the demonstration of the subject to support the subject, we can retain a very pretty shade to cover a parquet floor and that I have very look forward (I hope) to show it to you on a project in progress, my adorable client will recognize herself, she is an active member what do I say eminent of our community ?
