Besides not being able to go shopping, I have nothing to complain about with all this “staying at home!” Our dining room has become my favorite spot because every night, all six of us gather here for a home cooked meal that we’ve made together, lively conversation about work and plans, and a family game of Yahtzee or Ticket to Ride. Isn’t this what families are supposed to be doing and what home should be all about? I’m feeling pretty grateful for this forced slow down and the time to reconnect with what actually matters!
